SMALL GROUP TRAINING

We separate all groups by skill level, age, and experience, to make sure everyone is on the same page in our sessions. Each session consists of 4 phases:
Fitness:

In our fitness exercises we focus on more then just speed and endurance. We focus on the ability to change direction, change momentum, and staying light and quick on your toes as they get heavy. 
Skill: 
Repetition, quickness, and combination patterns. We create new skill patterns every week to ensure our sessions stay fresh, while still keeping our skills simple and practical. We focus on speed with skills as well as control, and the ability to stay balanced while switching the ball from left to right. 
Passing:
We believe the most simplest form of passing is one of the most IMPORTANT skills you can acquire. We spend a lot of time on one - two touch passing at short distances, where your body has little time to react to the ball. Throughout the course of our session, we will expand into bigger passing drills that will require us to focus more on control and accuracy. 
Shooting/One vs One:
At the end of each session we have players test their skills in 1 v 1’s, or we will finish off on shooting.

PRIVATE TRAINING


Our private sessions will focus on the same principals as our groups, but with undivided attention for your player. Upon request we can tailor our private sessions for each individual. We can help players with aggression, crossing, one-touch finishing, defensive work, etc.. We think it's important to communicate with the player, parent, and coach to ensure the player gets what they truly need from personal training.
